Working to a tight timescale, we developed a new consumer website for this prestigious venue, owned and managed by Harrogate Borough Council. We used the latest Flash technology and the Immediacy content system which was already powering the site we built for Harrogate's main website.
It helps that we are one of the largest implementers of Immediacy in the UK, so when new twists are wanted in how a site should work, we can often say ‘been there, done that'.
The site features forthcoming events and an online ticket buying service as well as a media centre, event planning information and auditorium seating plan.
We also developed related microsites for Harrogate's Royal Hall, opened by Prince Charles in 2008 after a £10m refurbishment, and its glorious sister venue The Sun Pavilion.
